3 PIECE CONVERSIONS OEM WHEELS

We are pleased to offer 3 piece conversions on OEM wheels to 3 piece. 

PLEASE NOTE - Prices are on Application (POA) as every wheel is different and the process can change.

Unlike some international companies who offer finished 3 piece conversions , all our wheels are reinforced by welding the bolt up flange heavily first before we machine them all down. This ensures that the finished flange thickness size is approx 10-12mm and comparative  to other 3 piece wheels on the market. If this part is overlooked the flange is usually only around 5mm thick for most wheels , which is not enough for safety. The whole machining process of the flange and the bolt holes are done on our in house CNC lathe and Mill so the accuracy and run out is spot on.

Most 3 piece conversions are min 2+ diameter increase, sometimes 3 + depending on the lip shape ( Reverse or Step) . In some rare cases it can be only 1+ diameter but depends on the donor wheel shape and this is not common.

We use all new Inner and outer Lips and Barrels, hardware and prices included new paint / powdercoat.
